I feel like Easter has well and truly snuck up on us this year, and I’m excited to celebrate.
This year is our first year in our newly built house. The only problem with a new home is they often lack soul, perhaps due to lacking character and soul that many established homes boast so well. However, having this blank canvas has allowed me to start afresh and give us reason to create family traditions that can be carried on for years to come.
Thankfully bed, bath and table have come to the rescue with their latest Easter range that has transformed my dining table into a gorgeous bunny filled afair. From sophisticated green garden dining-ware, to subtle decor pieces that set the festive feel, there is so much to love about my new Easter themed adornments.
While many decor items are influenced by the Northern hemispheres spring, flaunting florals and pastel colour pallets, bed, bath and table’s classic green and neutral whites manage to transition perfectly into Australia’s autumn season. I set the stage with a bunch of fresh eucalyptus leaves from my tree which gave the living area a timeless appearance through soothing tones that tied everything together effortlessly.
Completed with freshly baked chocolate hot-cross buns, a baked dinner and Bavarian cheese cake, I couldn’t be more excited for Easter celebrations.
